基于IMB模型的护理干预对腹壁肠造口患儿并发症及家属护理满意度的影响

目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧（IMB）模型的护理干预对腹壁肠造口患儿并发症及家属护理满意度的影响。 方法选取2014年9月至2019年8月入住四川大学华西医院的腹壁肠造口患儿66例，按干预方式分为2组，各33例，对照组只进行常规护理，研究组采取基于IMB模型的护理干预，比较2组出现并发症的概率以及家属护理满意度。 结果对照组出现并发症的概率高于研究组（P<0.05），对照组家属护理满意度低于研究组（P<0.05）。 结论在护理腹壁肠造口患儿的过程中，采取基于IMB模型的护理干预，效果确切，可在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。

Effect of nursing intervention based on IMB model on complications of abdominal intestine enterostomy and children's nursing satisfaction

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on information-motivation-behavioral skills (IMB) model on the complications of abdominal intestine enterostomy and children's nursing satisfaction. MethodsSixty-six children with abdominal intestine enterostomy who were admitted to West China hospital from September 2014 to August 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the intervention method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group only received routine nursing. The research group adopted the IMB-based model nursing interventions. The probability of complications in both groups and parental care satisfaction between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe probability of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of parents in the control group was lower than that in the study group (P<0.05). ConclusionIn the process of nursing children with abdominal intestine stoma, the nursing intervention based on IMB model is effective, and it can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
