| 摘 要： | 以2017 北京综合医改为背景，对2017 年行政区域内20 家三级公立医院财务和业务数据进行分析，总结医改政策取得的效果，分析综合医改政策的实施对公立医院经济运行的影响，同时针对公立医院面临的机遇与挑战，提出公立医院应对策略和政府部门应给与的政策支持。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on the comprehensive healthcare reform in Beijing in 2017 and analyzes the financial and business data of twenty three-level public hospitals in 2017. We analyze the effects of healthcare reform policy and the impact of the implementation of comprehensive healthcare reform policy on the economic operation of public hospitals.Public hospitals are faced with opportunities and challenges, and this paper puts forward the coping strategies and the policy support from government departments. |
