以周转率为指标探讨自动摆药机内药品库存管理措施及效果

目的：探讨自动摆药机内药品库存管理的方法，以期做到库存的量化管理，提高库存周转率。方法：统计某院2017年10-12月（改良前）摆药机内药品的库存周转情况，查找问题，提出解决措施并实施；再通过统计2018年1-3月（改良后）的库存周转情况评价管理效果。结果与结论：针对入库，出库，报损各环节引起的库存周转率低的相关因素，从加药、滞销药品、报损药品3个方面加强管理，如创建自动生成加药量的Excel表格模板、建立滞销品种登记表和药品报损登记表，结果库存周转率由改良前的平均0.45提高至改良后的0.78（平均提高72.59%）。相关措施的实施可明显提高库存周转率，保证药品质量，提高用药安全。

Discussion on the measures and effects of drug inventory management in automatic dispensing machine with turnover rate as an indication

OBJECTIVE To explore the methods of drug inventory management in automatic dispensing machine, so as to achieve the quantitative management of inventory and increase the inventory turnover rate. METHODS The inventory turnover of drugs in the dispensing machine in our hospital from Oct.to Dec.2017 (before improvement) was counted, the problems were identified and the solutions were proposed and implemented; then management results were evaluated by counting the inventory turnover from January to March 2018 (after improvement). RESULTS & CONCLUSION With regard to the factors related to the low inventory turnover rate caused by each link of warehousing, ex-warehousing and reporting loss, the management was strengthened from three aspects:adding drugs, unsalable drugs and reporting loss of drugs, for example, creating an Excel table template for automatically generating the amount of drugs added, establishing a registration form for unsalable varieties and a registration form for reporting loss of drugs. As a result, the inventory turnover rate increased from an average of 0.45 before improvement to 0.78 after improvement (an average increase of 72.59%). The implementation of relevant measures can significantly improve inventory turnover, ensure drug quality, and improve medication safety.
