基于微信平台的以学生为中心教学方法在神经外科实践教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 评价基于微信平台的以学生为中心教学方法在神经外科实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选择济宁医学院2014级临床本科专业80人为研究对象,分成对照组和实验组,各40人。对照组学生采用传统讲授式教学,实验组学生采取基于微信平台以学生为中心的教学。实习结束后,对两组学生的考试成绩和调查问卷结果进行分析,以评价教学效果。结果 实验组学生基础理论成绩、病例分析成绩、临床基本技能操作成绩均高于对照组(66.7±6.45 VS 62.3±8.42, 14.3±1.75 VS 13.2±2.28, 87.7±9.32 VS 81.8±8.51,P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示,实验组学生在提高学生自主学习能力、加深知识点掌握、提高临床综合分析能力、教学方法满意度方面明显优于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在神经外科实践教学中应用基于微信平台的以学生为中心教学方法可调动学生自主学习积极性,提高神经外科学教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of student-centered teaching model based on WeChat platform in the department of neurosurgical practice teaching. Methods A total of 80 students of clinical undergraduate class in grade 2014 were chose as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 students in each group. The control group was given the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group was given the student-centered teaching model based on WeChat platform. At the end of the internship, the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination scores and questionnaires. Results The theoretical examination, case analysis ability, and practical operation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (66.7±6.45 vs. 62.3±8.42, 14.3±1.75 vs. 13.2±2.28, 87.7±9.32 vs. 81.8±8.51, respectively, all P<0.05). The results of questionnaire survey showed the self-learning ability, helping to deepen the students’, understanding of theoretical knowledge, helping to improve the students’, ability of clinical comprehensive analysis and satisfaction with teaching methods in the experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of student-centered teaching model based on WeChat platform was effective and feasible in the department of neurosurgical practice teaching, and it can improve the learning interest of the students, and may significantly improve the effect of clinical teaching.
