醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗重度一氧化碳中毒临床疗效的Meta分析

目的：采用Meta分析方法系统地评价醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗重度一氧化碳中毒的临床疗效。方法：通过检索CNKI、万方、VIP、CBM及PubMed、Cochrane数据库，收集醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗重度一氧化碳中毒的随机对照试验，应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入7篇文献，患者累计510例。Meta分析结果显示，醒脑静联合纳洛酮可显著缩短患者苏醒时间，显著减少迟发性脑病人数，且总有效量显著高于单用纳洛酮。结论：醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗重度一氧化碳中毒见效快、治疗效果好、后遗症少，其临床疗效优于单用纳洛酮。

The Meta-analysis of the clinical efficacy for Xingnaojing combined with naloxone in the treatment of severe CO poisoning

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of xingnaojing combined with naloxone in the treatment of severe CO poisoning by Meta-analysis. METHODS Retrieved from CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed,Cochrane database, observational studies about Xingnaojing combined with naloxone in the treatment of severe CO poisoning were included. A Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS 7 literatures were included, involving 510 cases. The results of Meta-analysis showed that Xingnaojing combined with naloxone can significantly shorten the recovery time of patients, significantly reduce the number of delayed encephalopathy, and the total effective dose is significantly higher than that of naloxone alone. CONCLUSION In the treatment of severe CO poisoning, clinical curative effect of xingnaojing combining with naloxone is better than naloxone alone.
