奥曲肽联合凝血酶治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的效果观察

目的观察并分析凝血酶联合奥曲肽在肝硬化合并上消化道出血中的治疗效果。方法选择113例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者,随机将其分成2组,参照组患者给予奥曲肽进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合凝血酶进行治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、住院时间以及止血时间。结果研究组患者的住院时间(4.03±0.97)d和止血时间(19.43±2.15)h,均短于参照组患者的(6.35±1.09)d和(27.44±3.12)h,(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.64%,高于参照组患者80.70%,(χ2=5.057,P<0.05)。研究组患者再出血发生率为5.36%,低于参照组患者的21.05%(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者应用奥曲肽联合凝血酶进行治疗,可以缩短患者的住院时间和止血时间,降低再出血发生率,提高治疗效果。

Efficacy of octreotide combined with thrombin in treatment of cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of octreotide combined with thrombin in the treatment of cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 113 patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group, and a trial group, and the patients in the control group were treated with octreotide and the patients in the trial group were treated with octreotide combined with thrombin. The therapeutic effects, the time of hemostasis, and the time of hospitalization were investigated and compared between two groups. Results In the trial group, the time of hospitalization and the time of hemostasis were significantly shorter than those in the control group . The total effective rate in the trial group (94.64%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.70%, P<0.05). The recurrent incidence of bleeding in the trial group was 5.36%, significantly lower than that in the control group (21.05%, P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of octreotide and thrombin in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can significantly shorten the time of hospitalization and the time of hemostasis, and improve the therapeutic effect.
