基于加权TOPSIS法的注射用替加环素药物利用评价

目的：建立基于加权优劣解距离法（TOPSIS）的替加环素药物利用评价细则，为临床合理使用替加环素提供参考。方法：以注射用替加环素说明书为基础，参照相关规范及文献，建立基于加权TOPSIS法的替加环素药物利用评价细则，并以此为依据，对某院2012-2017年100例住院患者替加环素的使用情况进行评价。结果：评价的100份病历中，与最优方案接近程度大于70%的2例（占比2.0%），接近程度50%~70%的63例（占比63.0%），接近程度40%~50%的35例（占比35.0%）。结论：基于加权TOPSIS法的替加环素药物利用评价方法可用于替加环素药物利用评价。评价结果显示替加环素不合理使用现象较为普遍，医院需加强管理，进一步规范替加环素的合理使用。

Evaluation of drug use of tigecycline based on weighted TOPSIS method

OBJECTIVE To establish a method based on the weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method for evaluating the use of tigecycline, and to provide a reference for rational use of tigecycline.METHODS Based on tigecycline instructions, referring to related specifications and literatures, and based on the weighted TOPSIS method, the evaluation rules of tigecycline were established. Based on this, the use of tigecycline in 100 inpatients of a hospital from 2012 to 2017 was evaluated.RESULTS Among 100 cases, relative proximity of 2 cases (2.0%) was more than 70%; that of 63 cases (63.0%) was between 50% and 70%; that of 35 cases (35.0%) was between 40% and 50%.CONCLUSION It is reasonable and feasible to adopt weighted TOPSIS as the drug use evaluation method for tigecycline. The evaluation results show that unreasonable use of tigecycline is common, and the hospital needs to strengthen management to further regulate the rational use of tigecycline.
