针灸治疗原发性抑郁症的临床研究概况

抑郁症是以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征的一类心境障碍疾病。抑郁症发病率逐年增长,已成为严重的社会问题之一。针灸治疗抑郁症具有操作简便、疗效确切、起效快以及不良反应少等特点。查阅近5年针灸治疗抑郁症的相关文献,从不同针灸疗法和其他疗法方面对抑郁症的临床研究进展进行综述,并简要阐述各种疗法的临床应用及疗效,同时指出,既往研究存在的问题并提出建议,为今后的临床研究提供参考依据。

Clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating primary depression

Depression is a type of mood disorder characterized by significant and persistent depressed mood as the main clinical feature. The incidence of depression is increasing year by year and has become a serious social problem. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression has the advantages of easy operation, exact effect, rapid onset and less adverse reactions. By referring to the relevant literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression in the past 5 years, the clinical research progress of depression was reviewed from four aspects: acupuncture, electroacupuncture, moxibustion and other therapies, and the clinical application and efficacy of various therapies were briefly described, while the existing problems in previous studies were pointed out and suggestions were made to provide a reference basis for future clinical studies.
