| 摘 要： | 系统检索中国知网2000年—2019年收录的抑郁症相关机制研究领域的期刊文献,采用软件NoteExpress、SPSS绘制可视化知识图谱,并对其进行定性定量分析。结果发现近20年该领域的研究增幅较大,中医药研究机构在该领域扮演了重要的角色。热点的研究方向为抑郁症的病因机制、治疗、共病等,动物模型研究值得进一步发展。

| Abstract: | China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) was systematically searched for journal articles published from 2000 to 2019. NoteExpress and SPSS were used to draw the visual knowledge map and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on the literature. The results showed that the research in this field has increased greatly in the past 20 years, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research institutions have played an important role in this field. The research focused on the etiology, treatment and comorbidities of depression. Animal model research deserves further development. |
