初探治疗中风病管理模式的转变

脑血管病是危害人类健康的重大疾病，世界卫生组织新的卒中监测项目表明，是卒中死亡的主要原因。卒中单元是脑血管病管理的新模式，可为患者提供药物治疗、肢体康复、语言训练、心理康复和健康教育，在脑卒中患者急救和康复治疗中具有重要作用。从卒中单元概况；中医对中风病的认识；醒脑开窍针刺疗法的立法依据；卒中单元的建设；卒中单元是针灸治疗脑卒中模式的最优化几方面加以论述。

Stroke unit: a new management mode of stroke

Stroke is indicated tobe the leading cause of death in China, according to the new stroke monitoring program of World Health Organization. Stroke unit(SU) is a new mode of cerebrovascular disease management. It can provide patients with drug treatment, limb rehabilitation, language training, psychological rehabilitation and health education, and plays an important role in the first aid and rehabilitation of stroke patients. This paper explores it from the following aspects: an overview of SU, understanding of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine, the theoretical basis of the consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture therapy (Xingnao Kaiqiao), construction of SU, and SU as the optimized mode of acupuncture treatment for stroke.
