Construction of comprehensive evaluation index system of teaching ability in medical colleges and universities

The comprehensive evaluation system of teaching ability is not only the core of teaching operation in higher education, but also a vital part of personnel evaluation system. With the impact of information technology on higher education, we aim to establish an evaluation system of four parts: the evaluation of teaching design, implementation,guidance abilities and the students' learning results. Therefore, the evaluation system should scientifically, accurately and comprehensively reflect teachers' teaching ability, and be able to serve the teaching operation and personnel matters in the form of quantification.
