妊娠高血压综合征患者体内一氧化氮、内皮素-1及血清尿素氮、尿酸水平相关性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及血清尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)水平与妊娠期高血压综合征相关性。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年1月某医院收治的56例妊娠期高血压综合征患者作为研究对象(观察组),同期选取50例住院分娩的健康孕妇作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法进行血浆ET-1检测,硝酸根还原酶法进行NO检测,酶联免疫吸附法进行BUN、UA检测。观察比较两组研究对象血浆NO、ET-1及血清BUN、UA水平具体情况,并观察不同程度妊娠期高血压综合征患者与对照组NO、ET-1、BUN、UA水平的差异。结果 观察组NO水平为(17.09±2.04)μmol/L,低于对照组的(28.45±0.78)μmol/L,观察组的ET-1、BUN、UA水平为(61.33±5.05)ng/L,(6.79±1.30)mmol/L,(352.61±76.11)μmol/L,高于对照组的(44.54±6.12)ng/L,(4.17±1.23)mmol/L,(276.14±49.02)μmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(t=37.019,15.465,10.624,6.068,P值均<0.01);轻度、中度、重度妊娠期高血压综合征患者ET-1、BUN、UA水平较对照组呈梯形上升,NO水平较对照组呈梯形下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);NO与BUN、UA水平均呈负相关(r=-0.684,P=0.001;r=-0.712,P=0.021),ET-1与BUN、UA水平呈正相关(r=0.804,P=0.003;r=0.635,P=0.005)。结论 妊娠期高血压综合征患者病情越重,其血浆ET-1水平越高、NO水平越低。上述指标可作为病情严重程度及疗效监测的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of plasma nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), serum urea nitrogen (BUN), and uric acid (UA) levels of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 56 patients with PIH were selected as the study objects (an observation group), and 50 healthy pregnant women who gave birth in a hospital were selected as the control group at the same time. The plasma ET-1 was detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and NO was detected by the nitrate reductase method, and BUN and UA were detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The plasma NO, ET-1 and serum BUN, UA levels were observed and compared between the two groups, and the NO, ET-1, BUN, UA levels in the patients with different degrees of PIH were observed and compared with those in the control group. Results The average level of NO in the observation group was (17.09±2.04) μmol/L, which was lower than that in the control group , and the levels of ET-1, BUN, and UA in the observation group were (61.33±5.05) ng/L, (6.79±1.30) mmol/L, and (352.61±76.11) μmol/L respectively, which were higher than those in the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (t=37.019, 15.465, 10.624, 6.068, P<0.01, respectively). The levels of ET-1, BUN and UA of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the level of NO of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001); The level of NO was negatively correlated with the levels of BUN and UA (r=-0.684, P=0.001; r=-0.712, P=0.021), and the level of ET-1 was positively correlated with the levels of BUN and UA (r=0.804, P=0.003; r=0.635, P=0.005). Conclusion The more serious of the patients with PIH, the higher of the level of plasma ET-1 and the lower of the NO level. The above-mentioned indexes can be used as meaningful indicators of the severity of the condition and the monitoring of the curative effect of the hypertension syndrome in the period of pregnancy.
