摘    要:高校新增附属医院教学基础薄弱,如何快速实现附属医院教学职能等问题亟待解决。临床医学专业认证为高校教师医学教学能力的提升指明途径和方法。郑州大学以临床医学专业认证为契机,探索构建新增附属医院师资聘任、教学能力培养、教育模式创新、科研团体建设、师资评价及权益保障等教学体系,对新增附属医院临床教师教学能力培养和考核工作进行综合管理,全面提升新增附属医院教师教育教学能力。

Abstract:The new affiliated hospital of university always has weakly foundation of teaching ability, how to rapidly achieve the aim of the promotion of teaching ability is a huge problem.The accreditation of medical education puts forword more detail approaches and methods for the promotion of teaching ability. The Zhengzhou university explored the teaching system including the faculty employment and training of teachers, innovation of the educational model, scientific research group construction, teachers’evaluation, guarantee of rights and interests, by the accreditation of medical education. The university enhanced the teaching ability training and assessment of the new affiliated hospital, as an important method to improve the academic level.
