摘    要:目的:针对2017-2018年期间所分离出的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,分析其临床分布和对常见抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:回顾性分析114株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的标本分布、科室分布及耐药性。结果:2年共检出114株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,在标本中,痰液分布最高,为93.86%;科室分布以ICU为主,共48株,占42.11%;药敏结果显示,对米诺环素较敏感,敏感率为94.74%;对头孢他啶耐药率最高,为67.54%;对复方磺胺甲噁唑的耐药率为63.16%,排在第二位。结论:2017-2018年分离得到的114株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对一线药物复方磺胺甲噁唑耐药性较高,应积极寻找替代治疗药物,如替卡西林/克拉维酸、左氧氟沙星、米诺环素,必要时应考虑联合用药。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia isolated from 2017 to 2018, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment. METHODS 114 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was analyzed retrospectively for specimen distribution, department distribution and drug resistance. RESULTS 114 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were detected in two years, of which sputum accounted for 93.86%. These strains mainly came from ICU, with a total number of 48 strains (42.11%). The drug resistance showed that 114 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strains were susceptible to minocycline with a susceptible rate of 94.74%. The resistance rate of ceftazidime was highest (67.54%), followed by co-trimoxazole with a resistance rate of 63.16%. CONCLUSION 114 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia isolated from 2017 to 2018 have a high resistance rate to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, and alternative drugs, such as ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, levofloxacin and minocycline, should be taken into consideration.
