肢体软组织血管畸形合并巨大静脉瘤的介入栓塞治疗

目的探讨肢体软组织血管畸形合并巨大静脉瘤的介入栓塞治疗方法。 方法通过使用金属钢圈联合液体组织胶对5例肢体软组织血管畸形合并巨大静脉瘤进行栓塞治疗。对于复杂的动静脉畸形，使用组织胶充分栓塞异常血管团，阻断多支动脉供血以防止侧枝血管建立引起的复发。 结果5例肢体软组织血管畸形合并巨大静脉瘤栓塞后畸形血管完全闭塞，随访1～3年无复发。 结论介入栓塞治疗肢体软组织血管畸形合并巨大静脉瘤是一种创伤小、操作简便、疗效可靠的方法，关键是尽量将静脉瘤完全填塞。

Embolization treatment of limb soft tissue vascular malformation with giant venous hemangioma

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of interventional embolization for treatment of limb soft tissue vascular malformation with giant venous hemangioma. MethodsThe clinical data of five patients with the limb soft tissue vascular malformation with dominal venous hemangioma treated by embolization with coils and bucrylate were retrospectively analysed. Bucrylate was used in complex vascular malformation to completely embolize abnormal vessels, which could block blood supply of multiple arteries and prevent construction of collateral circulation. ResultsThe abnormal vasculars were embolized completely in all five cases, and there were no recurrence followed-up for 1-3 years. ConclusionsInterventional embolization is a less invasive,simple and credible therapeutic method for the treatment of limb soft tissue vascular malformation with giant venous hemangioma.
