血清microRNA-1、LASP1、TAGLN2及LGALS3BP在食管癌诊断中的价值

目的 探讨血清microRNA-1、LASP1、TAGLN2及LGALS3BP在食管癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2012年1月至2016年1月在沈阳某三甲医院收治的128例食管癌患者（观察组）和134名健康体检者（对照组）为研究对象。采用ELISA实验检测血清中LASP1、TAGLN2和LGALS3BP的蛋白表达水平，采用PCR检测microRNA-1 mRNA的表达水平，采用ROC曲线分析microRNA-1、LASP1、TAGLN2及LGALS3B单独或联合诊断食管癌的价值。结果 观察组血清中LASP1、TAGLN2以及LGALS3BP的蛋白表达水平均高于对照组（P<0.001），但microRNA-1表达水平低于对照组（P<0.001）。食管癌患者血清中LASP1、TAGLN2以及LGALS3BP表达水平均与microRNA-1表达水平呈负相关（P<0.001）。血清中microRNA-1、LASP1、TAGLN2以及LGALS3BP诊断食管癌的AUC分别为0.940（95%CI：0.913~0.967）、0.890（95%CI：0.843~0.936）、0.841（95%CI：0.794~0.889）、0.924（95%CI：0.893~0.956），联合诊断的AUC为0.970（95%CI：0.954~0.987），均高于单独诊断的AUC （P<0.05）。结论 血清中LASP1、TAGLN2、LGALS3BP和microRNA-1表达水平对食管癌有一定的诊断价值。

The value of serum microRNA-1,LASP1,TAGLN2 and LGALS3BP in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer

Objective To explore the value of serum microRNA-1，LASP1，TAGLN2 and LGALS3BP in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 128 esophageal cancer patients（observation group） and 134 healthy controls （control group） collected from a third-class hospital in Shenyang from January 2012 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. The protein expression levels of LASP1，TAGLN2，and LGALS3BP in serum were detected by ELISA，and the mRNA expression of microRNA-1 in serum was detected by PCR. The ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic values of serum LASP1，TAGLN2，LGALS3BP and microRNA-1 in esophageal cancer. Results The protein expression levels of LASP1，TAGLN2 and LGALS3BP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.001），but the expression level of microRNA-1 was lower than that in the control group（P<0.001）.In esophageal cancer patients，the serum LASP1，TAGLN2，and LGALS3BP were negatively correlated with microRNA-1（P<0.001）.  The AUC of serum microRNA-1，LASP1，TAGLN2 and LGALS3BP in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer were 0.940（95%CI：0.913-0.967），0.890（95%CI：0.843-0.936），0.841（95%CI：0.794-0.889） and 0.924（95%CI：0.893-0.956），and the AUC for combined diagnosis was 0.970（95%CI：0.954-0.987）. Conclusion The expression levels of LASP1，TAGLN2，LGALS3BP，and microRNA-1 in serum have diagnostic value for esophageal cancer.
