医院静脉用药调配中心的自动化系统建设与实践

摘    要:目的:探讨某院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的自动化和信息化水平,为PIVAS的发展提供参考。方法:介绍该院PIVAS自动化系统建设和实践的主要情况,收集该院PIVAS自动化系统启用前、后相关工作环节的用时和差错件数等数据信息,进行比较以评价其应用效果。结果:该院PIVAS的自动化系统由智能贴签系统、智能退药模式、智能配液系统、智能责任追溯系统、智能分拣系统组成。自动化系统使用后,每日贴标签的用时由(1.97±0.19)h缩短至(1.15±0.17)h;每日贴签差错由(6.51±1.24)件降低至(0.53±0.30)件;每日配液用时由(1.73±0.20)h缩短至(1.41±0.62)h;每日分拣成品输液的内部差错由(3.52±1.68)件降低至(0.03±0.16)件。结论:该院PIVAS自动化系统的应用使工作效率提高、差错率降低、减轻了工作人员的劳动强度,在提高PIVAS工作效率和防范差错方面起到了重要作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the automation and informatization level of PIVAS in our hospital, and to provide reference for the development of PIVAS. METHODS The construction and practice of automation systems of PIVAS in our hospital were introduced. The data and information regarding time and number of errors before and after the start of PIVAS automation system were collected and compared to evaluate their application effects. RESULTS The automatic systems of PIVAS in our hospital were composed of intelligent labeling system, intelligent drug return mode, intelligent liquid preparation system, intelligent responsibility traced system and intelligent sorting system. After the automatic systems were initiated, the daily labeling time was shortened from (1.97±0.19) h to (1.15±0.17) h, the numbers of daily labeling errors were reduced from (6.51±1.24) to (0.53±0.30), the time of daily liquid preparation was shortened from (1.73 ±0.20) h to (1.41 ±0.62) h, and the numbers of internal daily sorting errors of finished products of transfusion liquid were reduced from (3.52±1.68) to (0.03 ±0.16). CONCLUSION The application of automation systems in PIVAS has improved working efficiency, decreased error rate and reduced the labor intensity of the staff, and it plays an important role in improving the efficiency of PIVAS and reducing the errors.
