静脉用药调配中心绩效考核体系的设计与应用

摘    要:目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心绩效考核体系设计的过程及实践效果。方法:根据科室的情况,制订绩效考核的总体方案。绩效考核体系主要由5部分组成,分别包括工作量、工作质量、劳动纪律、科内贡献、个人综合评价。每一部分细化相应内容并设置一定的考核分数,最终根据每人的综合考核分数设置相应的绩效。结果:实施绩效考核之后,审方、排药、配制、扫描、打包等环节的差错情况显著下降,工作质量和工作效率都得到了提升。结论:在静脉用药调配中心实行绩效管理可以给员工提供一个和谐、愉悦的工作环境,不仅能提高员工的工作主动性和创造性,还能增强员工的凝聚力和向心力,保障为临床服务的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the design process and practical effect of performance evaluation system for pharmacy intravenous admixture services. METHODS the overall plan of performance appraisal was drafted according to the situation of departments. The performance appraisal system is mainly composed of five parts, including workload, work quality, labor discipline, Kone's contribution and individual comprehensive evaluation. Each part elaborates the corresponding content and sets a certain assessment score, and finally set corresponding performance according to the comprehensive examination score of each person.RESULTS With the implementation of the performance assessment, the errors of the tribunal, the dispensing, the preparation, the scanning, and the packing were significantly reduced, and the quality and efficiency of the work had been improved. CONCLUSION the implementation of performance management in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services can provide a harmonious and joyful working environment for employees. It can not only improve the work initiative and creativity of the employees, but also enhance the cohesiveness and centripetal force of the staff, and ensure the quality of the clinical service.
