以重症医学科为主导构建及探索中药临床药师培养模式

目的:以重症医学科为主导探索并构建标准化的中药临床药师的培养模式。方法:通过对某院重症医学科中药临床药师带教工作的总结,结合中药临床药师培训大纲,构建具有中医药特色的中药临床药师培养模式。结果:制定出一套规范化的带教流程及中药临床药师工作路径,构建一套完善、成熟的临床药师培养模式,有利于提升学员药学服务能力,提高教学质量。结论:该模式使学员的学习目的更加明确,特别是初入临床之时,有的放矢,有助于中药临床药师的培养,加强了中药临床药师队伍建设,使中药临床药学服务体系更加完善。

Construction and exploration of the training mode of TCM clinical pharmacists dominated by ICU

OBJECTIVE To explore and construct a standardized training mode for clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which is led by the department of intensive care medicine. METHODS By summarizing the teaching work of clinical pharmacists in intensive care department of a hospital and combining with the training program of clinical pharmacists, the training mode of clinical pharmacists with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine was established. RESULTS A set of standardized teaching process and working path of TCM clinical pharmacists were developed, and a range of well-characterized and mature training mode of clinical pharmacists was constructed, which was beneficial to improve the ability of pharmacists' pharmaceutical service and the quality of teaching. CONCLUSION The model makes the learning objective of the students more definite, especially when they first engage in clinical practice. It is helpful to cultivate the clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine, strengthen the construction of clinical pharmacists panel of traditional Chinese medicine, and make the clinical pharmacy service system of traditional Chinese medicine more complete.
