安徽省养老机构新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控现状调查

目的 调查安徽省养老机构新型冠状病毒肺炎（新冠肺炎）疫情防控现状，为加强养老机构应急管理提供参考依据。 方法 采用便利抽样法选取安徽省养老机构1 282家，采用自行编制的调查问卷，运用“问卷星”平台在线收集养老机构新冠肺炎疫情防控现状。 结果 参与调查的1 282个养老机构均实施封闭管理，均无疑似病例和确诊病例。养老机构管理者对民政部《养老机构新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控指南（第二版）》（简称《指南》）了解程度较好，不同地域、文化程度之间存在差异（P < 0.01）；养老机构管理者战胜疫情信心较强，不同地域、年龄之间存在差异（P < 0.01）；养老机构的物资供应/储备和防控行为受管理者《指南》了解程度和战胜疫情信心影响（P < 0.01）。 结论 安徽省养老机构在此次疫情防控工作中整体成效较好，但仍存在问题和不足，应引起相关部门和养老机构管理者的重视。

Investigation on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in elderly care institutions in Anhui province

Objective To investigate the current situation in corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic prevention and control in elderly care institutions in Anhui province, and provide reference for strengthening emergency management of elderly care institutions. Methods One thousand two hundred and eighty two pension service institutions in Anhui province were selected by the convenience sampling method.The status quo of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in pension service institutions were investigated using self-compiled questionnaires through the "Questionnaire Star" platform. Results The 1 282 elderly care institutions were closely managed, and no suspected or confirmed cases hed been found.The managers of pension institutions had a good understanding on "Novel Coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Guide(second edition) for Pension Institutions" (referred to as "Guide") by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and there were differences among different regions and levels of education(P < 0.01).The managers of pension institutions had strong confidence in overcoming the epidemic, and there were differences among different regions and ages(P < 0.01).The material supply/reserve and prevention and control behaviors of pension institutions were affected by the understanding level of managers on the Guide and confidence in overcoming the epidemic(P < 0.01). Conclusions The overall effects of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in elderly care institutions is good, but the problems and deficiencies are also relatively obvious, which should cause the relevant department and manager of endowment institution to take seriously.
