宁夏地区高校大学生艾滋病知识知晓及需求情况调查

目的 了解宁夏高校大学生对艾滋病知识的认知、态度及相关性行为特征情况,为大学生艾滋病健康教育干预提供有针对性的建议。方法 随机抽取宁夏本科院校大学生1 173人,利用问卷星平台,设计“宁夏高校大学生艾滋病知识知晓调查问卷”,进行不记名自填式问卷调查。结果 共调查理工农、艺术类等不同专业大学生1 173人,8条艾滋病核心防治知识正确率为48.08%~98.21%;有32.91%(386人)的学生有男/女朋友,其中有过性行为的占17.73%,而在发生性行为时使用安全套的比例仅有52.69%;87.64%(1 028人)的大学生渴望获得艾滋病知识和信息,93.27%(1 094人)认为有必要对大学生行为进行干预教育。结论 大学生对艾滋病知识知晓总体尚好,但是对于高危性行为没有忧患意识,对艾滋病知识需求较高,高校应针对艾滋病健康教育工作更全面、更系统地进行干预。

Awareness of and requirement for HIV/AIDS knowledge among college students in Ningxia area

Objective To understand the status of the awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge among college students and their attitudes and relevant behavioral characteristics in Ningxia area so as to provide the targeted suggestions for AIDS health education intervention. Methods The college students from Ningxia University were randomly selected and surveyed by the "Ningxia College Student AIDS Knowledge Awareness Questionnaire" anonymously. Results A total of 1 173 college students were surveyed in science, engineering, agronomy, art majors, etc. The correct rates of knowledge of 8 AIDS core prevention and treatment questions were 48.08%-98.21%. There were 32.91% of students who had male/girl friends, and among which, 17.73% of the students had sexual behaviors, while the proportion of condom use was only 52.69%. Totally 87.64% of the students were eager to acquire AIDS knowledge and information, and 93.27% thought it was necessary to conduct the intervention education. Conclusion The college students have a good knowledge of AIDS, but some of them have not the awareness of unexpected development for high risk sexual behaviors. There is a high demand for AIDS knowledge in college students. Therefore, the authorities of the university should focus on the characteristics of college students and make more comprehensive and systematic AIDS health intervention.
