月经前后诸证辨治心得

月经前后诸证,属于现代医学"经前期紧张综合征"范畴。是指妇女每于行经前后或行经间期,周期性的出现明显的全身或局部不适症状。刘姣林主任在临床实践中,遵刘河间"中年治肝"的理论,认为本病的病机主要责之于"肝"。肝为藏血之脏,而每当经行之时,阴血下注胞宫,肝血更为不足,血不养肝,肝气易于失调,故诸证随之而发,以疏肝为重点,进行辨证论治。

Differentiation and treatment of various syndromes before and after menstruation

The syndromes before and after menstruation belong to the category of "premenstrual tension syndrome" in modern medicine. It refers to women’s periodic occurrence of obvious systemic or local discomfort symptoms before, after or during menstruation. In clinical practice, Doctor Liu Jiaolin followed Liu Hejian’s theory of "treating liver for the middle-aged",believing that the pathogenesis of these syndromes lies in the liver. The reason is that the liver is the organ of storing blood, and during the menstruation, Yin blood is injected into the uterus so that liver blood is more insufficient. Without the nourishing of blood, liver-qi is easy to be out of balance, so the syndromes will follow. This paper focuses on soothing the liver to differentiate and treat the syndromes before and after menstruation.
