早期综合心理干预对面肌痉挛微血管减压患者负性情绪的影响

目的 探讨早期综合心理干预对面肌痉挛微血管减压患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪的影响。方法 选取112例面肌痉挛微血管减压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(57例)和对照组(55例),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用早期综合心理干预(包括支持疗法、行为疗法、认知疗法),采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale, SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale, SDS)对2组进行测评。结果 干预后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(t=-10.370,P<0.001; t=-10.580,P<0.001)。结论 早期综合心理干预有利于缓解面肌痉挛微血管减压患者的负性情绪,促进患者心理健康。

Effects of early comprehensive psychological intervention on negative emotions of patients with facial spasm undergoing microvascular decompression

Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive psychological interventions on negative emotions of patients with facial spasm undergoing the microvascular decompression.Methods A total of 112 patients with facial spasm undergoing the microvascular decompression were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=55) and an observation group (n=57). Both groups were given routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with early comprehensive psychological interventions including the cognitive therapy, behavior therapy and supportive therapy. Both groups were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention, the average SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (t=-10.370, P<0.001; t=-10.580, P<0.001).Conclusion Early comprehensive psychological interventions can effectively relieve negative emotions of facial spasm patients undergoing the microvascular decompression and promote their mental health.
