凉血通脉膏护理化疗性静脉炎的临床护理效果

目的 评价凉血通脉膏护理化疗性静脉炎的临床护理效果。方法 选择某医院2017年4月—2018年11月化疗性静脉炎患者100例。随机分组,常规护理组采取化疗性静脉炎常规护理,联合护理组则采取常规护理联合凉血通脉膏护理。比较两组患者的化疗性静脉炎治疗效果。结果 联合护理组治疗总有效率为98%,高于常规护理组的78%(P<0.05)。联合护理组静脉条索消失的时间、局部红肿消失的时间、局部疼痛消失的时间分别为(4.45±1.02)d、(4.24±1.21)d、(4.11±1.04)d,均短于常规护理组(P<0.05)。联合护理组并发症发生率为2%,低于常规护理组的14%(P<0.05),联合护理组并发症发生率是2%,而常规护理组并发症发生率为14%。结论 联合护理对于化疗性静脉炎治疗效果确切,可加速症状消失和减少并发症。

Clinical nursing effect of liangxue-tongmai cream in treating chemotherapeutic phlebitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing effect of liangxue-tongmai cream in the treatment of chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chemotherapeutic phlebitis from April 2017 to November 2018 were selected from a hospital and randomly divided into a routine nursing group that was given the routine nursing for chemotherapeutic phlebitis and a combined nursing group that received the combination of the routine nursing and liangxue-tongmai cream. The therapeutic effects of chemotherapeutic phlebitis were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the combined nursing group was 98%, which was higher than that of the routine nursing group (78%), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The disappearance time of venous cord, local redness and local pain in the combined nursing group was 4.45±1.02 days, 4.24±1.21 days, and 4.11±1.04 days respectively, which were shorter than those in the routine nursing group (all P<0.05). The incidence rate of secondary complications in the combined nursing group was 2%, which was lower than that in the routine nursing group (14%), and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined nursing is effective for chemotherapeutic phlebitis, and it can accelerate the disappearance of symptoms and reduce secondary complications.
