飞龙掌血的三萜类成分研究

目的：研究飞龙掌血茎的乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、MCI以及半制备高效液相色谱等多种分离手段进行分离纯化，并结合化合物的理化性质及核磁数据进行结构鉴定。结果：从飞龙掌血茎的乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定出8个三萜类化合物，分别为：2α， 3β， 19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸（1），1β-羟基蔷薇酸（2）， 2α， 3α， 19α， 23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸（3）， 2α， 3α， 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-23-formyl-28-oic acid（4），乌苏酸（5）， 2α-羟基乌苏酸（6）， 山楂酸（7），oleanolic acid（8）。结论：化合物1~8均为首次从该属中分离得到。

Studies on the triterpenoids constituents from Toddalia Asiatica

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the stems of the Toddalia Asiatica. METHODS Silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20, MCI and semi-preparative high-performance liquid chromatography were used for separation and purification; Their structures were identified on the basis of their physicochemical properties and NMR spectrometry data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract from the stems of the Toddalia Asiatica:tormentic acid(1), 1β-hydroxyeuscaphic acid(2), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(3), 2α, 3α, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-23-formyl-28-oic acid(4), ursolic acid(5), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid(6), Maslinic acid(7), oleanolic acid(8). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
