孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

摘    要:目的 分析孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 选取本院收治的86例支气管哮喘患者,分组运用随机数字表法,分对照组与观察组各43例。两组均接受对症治疗,对照组在此基础上提供丙酸氟替卡松吸入治疗,观察组以孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗。比较两组疗效与肺功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.34%(41/43),与对照组81.40%(35/43)相比较高,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.054,P=0.040);观察组治疗后的第1秒用力呼吸量,用力肺活量,呼气峰流速分别为(2.08±0.20)L、(2.39±0.10)L、(270.39±39.32)L/min,高于对照组的(1.86±0.13)L、(2.21±0.12)L、(289.48±37.48)L/min,差异有统计学意义(t=2.501、3.952、2.307,P=0.014、0.000、0.024)。结论 对支气管哮喘患者运用孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗可有效提升临床疗效,改善患者肺功能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 86 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into a control group (n=43) and a trial group (n=43). Both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with fluticasone propionate inhalation, while the trial group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate. The curative effects and pulmonary functions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the trial group was 95.34% (41/43), which was higher than that of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (Z=2.054, P=0.040). FEV1, FVC, and PEF in the trial group were 2.08±0.20) L, (2.39±0.10) L, and (270.39±39.32) L/min respectively after the treatment, all of which were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=2.501, 3.952, 2.307, P=0.014, 0.000, 0.024). Conclusion The treatment of bronchial asthma with montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the pulmonary function of the patients.
