| 摘 要： | 甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)的临床发病率虽然较低,但病程进展快、预后差,因此早期发现、及时治疗至关重要。超声作为一种便捷、无创的诊断手段,在MTC的早期诊断及后期随访中有着不可替代的作用,是目前MTC的首选影像学检查方式。近年来随着常规超声、超声弹性成像以及超声引导下细针穿刺活检等技术在MTC诊断中的推广应用,使得MTC的诊断准确率得到明显提高。本文总结了这些超声技术在MTC诊断中的应用进展。

| Abstract: | Despite its low incidence,medullary thyroid carcinoma(MTC)is featured by its fast progression and poor prognosis.Early diagnosis and treatment is therefore particularly important.As a convenient and non-invasive diagnostic tool,ultrasound plays a key role in the diagnosis and follow-up of MTC.In recent years,the application of conventional ultrasound,ultrasonic elastography,and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy has dramatically improved the diagnostic accuracy of MTC. |
