摘    要:目的 探讨以小组为核心基于问题展开讨论及分享(team problems discussion share,TPDS)教学方式在肾病内科教学中的应用效果。方法 以2014 级五年制临床医学专业学生50 人为实验组,50 人为对照组。根据教学大纲,在肾脏疾病章节的学习和临床实习阶段,实验组实行基于TPDS 互动教学方法,对照组实施传统教学法,通过测试成绩和问卷调查法比较两个班的教学效果。结果 测试平均成绩显示:实验组明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义;调查问卷满意度平均值实验组高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义。结论 将PBL 与TBL 教学方法结合提出了TPDS 教学方法在肾内科临床实习教学中应用,是以小组为核心基于问题开展讨论及分享的教学方式,可以培养学生主动参与教学提高临床思维能力和团队合作精神,是一种可借鉴的教学方法。

Application and exploration of TPDS mode in nephrology teaching

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of team problems discussion share (TPDS) mode in nephrology.Methods 100 five-year clinical medicine majors of Grade 2014 in Wuhan University are divided into experimental group and control group, 50 each. According to the syllabus, during the learning and clinical internship stage of the kidney disease section, the experimental group implemented the TPDS interactive teaching method, the control group used the traditional teaching method. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared through the test scores and the questionnaire survey. Results The average test scores of experimental group was significantly higher than those of control group, and the two groups were statistically significant. The average satisfaction score in the questionnaire was higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusions Integrated with PBL and TBL teaching methods, the application of TPDS method in clinical nephrology is proposed. TPDS as a teaching method, is based on the group as the core to discuss and share based on the problem, encourages students to actively participate to improve clinical thinking ability and teamwork spirit.
