奎屯地区儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染情况分析

目的 了解奎屯地区0～14岁儿童呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染规律,为疾病的诊断治疗提供重要依据。方法 对2017年6月—2018年5月在奎屯市州奎屯医院就诊的2 285例0～14岁吸道感染儿童进行呼吸道合胞病毒病原学检测和诊断,并针对不同季节、性别和年龄段的感染情况进行统计分析。结果 2 285例呼吸道感染患儿中有332例呼吸道合胞病毒感染,感染率为14.57%;冬季呼吸道合胞病毒感染率高于春季、-夏季和秋季,95%CL可信区间为(0.033～0.155、0.009～0.139、0.117～0.225)。女性儿童感染率(16.41%)高于男性儿童(13.18%),(χ2=4.666,P<0.05)。在4个年龄组中,1～3岁年龄组感染率高于<1岁、4～6 岁、7～14 岁年龄组,95%CL可信区间为(0.075～0.223、0.118～0.176、0.024～0.246)。结论 奎屯市儿童呼吸道合胞病毒感染率在冬季、女性和低年龄组较高,有必要加强呼吸道合胞病毒感染的临床诊断与防治。

Analysis of infections among children with Respiratory syncytial virus in Kuitun Area

Objective To understand the regularity of human respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in the children aged 1-14 years in Kuitun area, so as to provide the important evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods The human RSV was detected among 2 285 patients with respiratory symptoms, aged from 0 to 14 years in Kuitun Hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 by using PCR, and the data of positive rates of RSV PCR for different seasons, sexes, and ages were analyzed. Results Among the 2 285 cases of children with respiratory tract infection, 332 cases of RSV PCR test results were positive, and the positive rate was 14.57%. There was a significant difference among the four seasons in the PCR positive rates, the rate in winter was higher than that in spring, summer, and autumn respectively, and the 95% of confidence intervals between the positive rates of RSV nucleic acid in winter and spring, summer and autumn were 0.033-0.155, 0.009-0.139, and 0.117-0.225, respectively. The positive rate of PCR in the female children (16.41%) was higher than that of the male children (13.18%), with a significant difference (χ2=4.666, P<0.05). Among the 4 age groups, the PCR positive rate of 1-3 years old children (20.88%) was significantly higher than those in the age groups of<1, 4-6, and 7-14 years, and the 95% of confidence intervals were 0.075-0.223, 0.118-0.176, and 0.024-0.246, respectively. Conclusion The incidence rate of RSV infection in children in Kuitun City is high in winter, the female children, and low age group. It is necessary to strengthen the clinical diagnosis and control of RSV infection.
