AKR1B10在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨醛酮还原酶1B10(aldo-keto reductase family 1B10,AKR1B10)在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 收集2013年1月至2015年7月于郴州市第一人民医院经超声诊断的237例甲状腺结节患者的病理标本。采用Western blot法检测甲状腺正常组织和PTC组织中AKR1B10蛋白的表达;采用免疫组织化学法检测不同甲状腺组织AKR1B10蛋白的表达。结果 Western blot检测结果显示,AKR1B10蛋白在PTC组织中的表达水平明显高于甲状腺正常组织(0.82±0.10 vs 0.22±0.07,t=2.702,P=0.011)。免疫组织化学法结果显示,AKR1B10在PTC组织中呈高表达,且在不同甲状腺组织中其阳性表达率最高(79.5%)。AKR1B10表达与甲状腺癌组织周围淋巴结转移有关(P=0.007)。结论 AKR1B10在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中呈高表达,且与周围淋巴结转移有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of aldo-keto reductase family 1B10(AKR1B10) in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and its clinical significance. Methods Pathological specimens of 237 patients with thyroid nodules diagnosed by ultrasound from the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou from January 2013 to July 2015 were collected. Western blot was used to detect the expression of AKR1B10 protein in normal thyroid tissues and PTC tissues,immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of AKR1B10 protein in different thyroid pathological tissues. Results Western blot results showed that the  expression  of AKR1B10 protein in PTC tissues was higher than normal thyroid tissues(0.82±0.10 vs 0.22±0.07,t=2.702,P=0.011). Immunohistochemistry showed that AKR1B10 was highly expressed in PTC tissues and had the highest postive expression rate(79.5%) in different tissues. AKR1B10 expression level was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(P=0.007). Conclusion AKR1B10 is highly expressed in PTC tissues and positively correlated with lymph node metastasis.
