摘    要:目的探讨被动躯体运动对ICU呼吸衰竭机械通气病人获得性衰弱的临床效果。方法选取入住ICU病房且符合纳入标准的病人60例,分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取早期被动躯体运动来对病人进行干预。比较2组病人获得性衰弱的发病率、独立功能状态、呼吸机机械通气时间和住院时间。结果观察组病人获得性衰弱的发病率低于对照组,使用呼吸机进行机械通气的时间短于对照组,住院时间少于对照组(P < 0.01)。结论临床中,对ICU呼吸衰竭机械通气病人进行被动躯体运动,能够有效降低获得性衰弱的发病率,缩短机械通气时间和住院时间。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effects of passive somatic movement on ICU acquired weakness in respiratory failure patients treated with mechanical ventilation.MethodsSixty patients from ICU were divided into the control group and observation group(30 cases in each group).The control group was nursed with routine care, and the observation group was nursed with early passive somatic movement on the basis of routine care.The incidence rate of acquired weakness, independent functional status, mechanical ventilation time and length of hospital stay were compared between two groups.ResultsThe incidence rate of acquired weakness in observation group was lower than that in control group(P < 0.01).The duration of mechanical ventilation using ventilator and hospital stay in observation group were less than those in control group(P < 0.01).ConclusionsIn clinical practice, the passive somatic movement for respiratory failure patients treated with mechanical ventilation in ICU can effectively reduce the incidence rate of acquired weakness, shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospital stay.
