摘    要:胎儿电子监护是评估胎儿安危最常用的监测方法,是产程中区别胎儿处于生理性应激状态还是窘迫的主要手段。出生时脐带血pH值检测是判断新生儿酸碱状况、窒息程度、指导复苏及评估预后的重要依据。正确判读胎儿电子监护图形、精准评估、动态观察和及时干预是预防新生儿缺血缺氧性脑损伤的重要举措。

Abstract:Electronic fetal monitoring is the most commonly monitoring method to evaluate the safety of the fetus. It is the main method to distinguish between physiological stress and distress during labor. The pH value of umbilical cord blood at birth is an important basis for judging the pH status, assessing asphyxia degree of newborn, guiding the resuscitation and evaluating the prognosis. Therefore, correct judgment, accurate evaluation, dynamic observation and timely intervention are important measures to prevent neonatal hypoxic brain injury.
