多感官刺激训练对老年精神分裂症患者自我效能和自知力治疗态度的影响

目的 探讨多感官刺激训练对老年精神分裂症患者自我效能和自知力治疗态度的影响。方法 将60例住院老年精神分裂症患者随机分成对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组接受常规康复训练,研究组在接受常规康复训练的同时进行多感官刺激训练干预。在干预前、干预3个月后使用一般自我效能量表(GSES)和自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)测量各组自我效能和自知力与治疗态度。结果 进行多感官刺激训练3个月后,研究组患者GSES评分为(22.03±2.67)分,对照组为(16.13±1.89)分;研究组ITAQ评分为(8.23±1.31)分,对照组为(7.3±1.62)分,2组评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多感官刺激训练对老年精神分裂症患者自我效能和自知力与治疗态度有明显改善和提高。

Effect of multi-sensory stimulation training on self-efficacy,insight and treatment attitude of elderly schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effect of multi-sensory stimulation (MSS) training on the self-efficacy, insight and treatment attitude of elderly schizophrenics. Methods Sixty hospitalized elderly schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases) and a trial group (30 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with the routine rehabilitation training, while the patients in the trail group received the multi-sensory stimulation training at the same time. General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES) and Intelligence and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire (ITAQ) were used to measure the self-efficacy, insight and treatment attitude before and after the intervention for 3 months. Results After three months of multisensory stimulation training, the average GSES score of the trial group was (22.03±2.67) points and that of the control group was (16.13±1.89) points. The average ITAQ score of the trial group was (8.23±1.31) points and that of the control group was (7.3±1.62) points. There were statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The multi-sensory stimulation training can significantly improve the self-efficacy, insight and treatment attitude of elderly schizophrenics.
