摘    要:本文综述了近年来以分子印迹材料为基础的药物分析新方法及其在临床样本(血浆、尿液)中的应用,详细评述了基于分子印迹技术的固相萃取、固相微萃取、磁性固相萃取、传感器和酶联免疫分析等最新进展,为我国临床药物分析新方法研究提供参考。

Abstract:Molecular recognition based on molecularly imprinted polymer provides the possibility of highly selective separation of the analytes in a complex matrix. In this paper, some new analytical methods of drug based on molecularly imprinted materials and its application in clinical samples (plasma and urine) are overall reviewed. Recent progresses in molecular imprinting research are reviewed in details, including solid phase extraction, solid-phase microextraction, magnetic solid phase extraction, sensor, and ELISA. Compared with other analytical methods, drug analysis based on molecularly imprinted polymers can significantly improve the performance of the experiment, and thus has a broad application prospect in the field of clinical drug analysis. It provides a reference for the new methods of clinical drug analysis in China.
