摘    要:目的:采用药品提取系统(MedEx)对FDA不良事件自发呈报系统(FAERS)开放数据DRUG表的药品名称进行标准化处理,为基于FAERS的药品安全性大数据分析提供参考。方法:下载2004年第1季度至2018年第4季度共60个季度的FAERS数据,提取DRUG表中药品名称(drugname)字段,去重复后、编码、清洗后通过java运行Medex_UIMA_1.3.7软件对药品名称文件进行标准化,得到drugname_MedEx表后与DRUG表映射,得到药品名称标准化的DRUG_MedEx表。以"奋乃静"为例,分别进行openFDA和DRUG_MedEx表查询,比较药品名称标准化效率。结果:从DRUG表提取去重复后的药品名称含记录648 124条,MedEx执行后得到drugname_MedEx表含记录561 493条,与DRUG表映射后得到DRUG_MedEx表含记录30 233 358条,标准化率87.63%。以"奋乃静"在openFDA中检索返回记录1 076条,DRUG_MedEx表返回1 785条,含1 047(97.30%)条openFDA记录。结论:FAERS药品名称经过MedEx标准化处理后得到的DRUG_MedEx表可用于大数据分析,简化检索,增加命中率。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To standardize the drug names of DRUG table from FAERS open data, and provide methods for adverse drug event data mining based on FAERS big data. METHODS 60 quarters of FARES data from 2004Q1 to 2018Q4 were downloaded, extracted drugnames from the FAERS DRUG table. Drugname field was extracted from DRUG table. After de-duplication, coding and cleaning, the files of drug names were standardized by java running MedexUIMA1.3.7 software. Drug name MedEx table was obtained and mapped with DRUG table. DRUG _MedEx table with drug name standardization was obtained.Taking "Perphenazine" as an example, OpenFDA and DRUG _MedEx forms were queried separately to compare the efficiency of drug name standardization RESULTS 648 124 drug names were extracted from DRUG, 561 493 drug names were extracted from MedEx, and 30 233 358 drug names were extracted from DRUG with a standardized rate of 87.63%.A search in openFDA with "perphenazine" returned 1 076 records and the DRUG MedEx form returned 1 785, containing 1 047 (97.30%) openFDA records. CONCLUSION The DRUG MedEx table obtained after MedEx standardization of FAERS drug names can be used for big data analysis to simplify the search and increase the hit rate.
