布拉氏酵母联合小剂量红霉素对功能性消化不良患儿临床症状及复发率的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨布拉氏酵母联合小剂量红霉素对功能性消化不良患儿临床症状及复发率的影响。方法 选取2016年8月—2019年1月收治的功能性消化不良患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用小剂量红霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、症状消失时间及复发情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患儿腹痛、恶心、呕吐、嗳气、腹胀等临床症状消失时间分别为(7.45±1.42)d、(6.21±1.33)d、(6.85±1.23)d、(8.15±1.32)d、(7.55±1.68)d,短于对照组的(11.65±1.67)d、(9.36±1.35)d、(10.55±1.11)d、(12.36±1.18)d、(11.45±1.57)d,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(92.0%)较对照组(76.0%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.761,P<0.05);治疗后对2组患儿随访5个月,观察组患儿复发率(4.0%)低于对照组(16.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.00,P<0.05)。结论 布拉氏酵母菌和小剂量的红霉素联合应用可以有效缩短患儿临床症状消失时间和康复时间,降低其复发率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii sachet combined with low dose erythromycin on clinical symptoms and recurrence rate in children with functional dyspepsia. Methods From August 2016 to January 2019, 100 children with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into a control group (n=50) and a trial group (n=50). The control group was treated with low dose erythromycin, and the trial group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii sachet on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time and recurrence were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, belching and abdominal distension were shorter in the trial group than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the effective rate of treatment in the trial group was higher than that in the control group (92.0%vs. 76.0%, P<0.05). After 5 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group (4.0%vs. 16.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Saccharomyces boulardii sachet and low dose erythromycin can effectively shorten the disappearance time and rehabilitation time of clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of the children.
