PDCA循环护理对支气管哮喘患儿治疗依从性及复发率的影响

目的探讨PDCA循环护理对支气管哮喘患儿治疗依从性及复发率的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将某医院2016年7月-2018年2月收治的84例支气管哮喘患儿分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患儿采取常规护理干预,观察组患儿在对照基础上采取PDCA循环护理干预,比较2组护理满意度、治疗依从性及复发率。结果观察组患儿护理满意度为95.24%,较对照组的76.19%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.222,P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从性为90.48%,较对照组的73.81%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.977,P<0.05);观察组患儿复发率(19.05%)低于对照组(45.24%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.604,P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患儿采用PDCA循环护理可有效提高治疗依从性,降低复发率,提高护理满意度。

Effect of PDCA circulation nursing on treatment compliance and recurrence rate of children with bronchial asthma

Objective To explore the effect of plan-do-check action (PDCA) circulation nursing on the treatment compliance and recurrence rate in children with bronchial asthma. Methods According to the random digital table method, 84 children with bronchial asthma treated in a hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 were divided into a control group (n=42) and a trial group (n=42). The children in the control group were treated with the routine nursing intervention, while those in the trial group were treated with PDCA circulation nursing intervention on the basis of the control. The nursing satisfaction, treatment compliance and recurrence rate of two groups were investigated and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the trial group was 95.24%, which was higher than that of the control group (76.19%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.222, P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the trial group was 90.48%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.81%, χ2=3.977, P<0.05), and the recurrence rate of the trial group (19.05%) was lower than that of the control group (45.24%) and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.604, P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA circulation nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the nursing satisfaction in children with bronchial asthma.
