护理敏感指标监测在ICU护理质量管理中的应用

目的探讨基于护理敏感指标监测的ICU护理质量管理的应用效果。方法安徽中医药大学第一附属医院ICU自2014年7月开始建立护理敏感指标小组，制定科室的护理敏感指标项目并进行筛选，然后进行科室人员的培训并收集数据，将收集的数据与护理质量挂钩，对发生的护理问题进行归因分析，积极调整护理措施，改善科室的护理质量。结果2018年每住院病人24 h平均护理时间短于2017年（P < 0.01）；2016、2017和2018年ICU病人床头抬高率均低于2015年（P < 0.01），ICU病人口腔清洁度均高于2015年（P < 0.01）；住院病人身体约束率与胃管非计划性拔管发生均逐年降低（P < 0.01）；2018年ICU呼吸机相关肺炎发生率高于2017年（P < 0.01）。结论护理敏感指标监测应用于ICU护理管理，能有效改善ICU护理质量。

Application value of monitoring nursing sensitive indicators on nursing quality management in ICU

ObjectiveTo discuss the application value of monitoring nursing sensitive indicators on nursing quality management in intensive care unit(ICU).MethodsThe monitoring group for nursing sensitive indicators was established in July 2014.The nursing sensitive indicators were screened, the staffs of the department were trained, and the data were collected.The collected data were linked to the nursing quality, the nursing problems were attributed to the analysis, and the nursing measures were actively adjusted to improve the nursing quality of the department.ResultsThe average 24 h nursing time per inpatient in 2018 was shorter than that in 2017(P < 0.01).In 2016, 2017 and 2018, the head elevation rates of ICU patients were lower than that in 2015(P < 0.01), and the oral cleanliness of patients were higher than that in 2015(P < 0.01).The physical restraint rate and unplanned extubation of gastric tube in inpatients decreased year by year(P < 0.01).The incidence rate of ICU ventilator-related pneumonia in 2018 was higher than that in 2017(P < 0.01).ConclusionsThe application of monitoring nursing sensitive indicators in nursing quality management can effectively improve the quality of care in ICU.
