某校大学生蠕形螨感染影响因素分析

摘    要:目的调查某校集体生活大学生蠕形螨的感染现状并进行影响因素分析。方法通过透明胶纸法检查在校集体生活大学生面部蠕形螨,并对调查对象的皮肤类型、来源地、民族、高或初中住校、毛巾和脸盆共用、化妆品共用、洗面奶每周的使用次数、床上用品换洗间隔时间等因素进行问卷调查。结果共调查948名在校大学生,蠕形螨感染人数516名,感染率为54.43%。来源地为城市的学生感染率58.04%,高于来源地为农村的51.45%(P<0.05);少数民族的感染率54.55%,汉族54.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高或初中曾住校者的感染率54.87%,不曾住校者53.72%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脸盆、毛巾共用者蠕形螨的感染率59.64%,高于不共用者(50.89%,P<0.01);化妆品共用者蠕形螨的感染率68.75%,高于不共用者(53.67%,P<0.05);洗面奶每周的使用次数≥3者的感染率56.15%,洗面奶每周的使用次数<3者的48.61%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);床上用品换洗间隔时间>1个月者的感染率55.78%,床上用品换洗间隔时间≤1个月者的53.25%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在校大学生蠕形螨感染率较高,蠕形螨感染受多种因素影响,其中皮肤类型、生活环境和卫生习惯等因素对蠕形螨的感染有较大影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection status of Demodex mites in group living college students and the influencing. Methods The samples were obtained from each face by the transparent adhesive tape method. The influencing factors were surveyed by questionnaires about the facial skin type, the native place, the ethnicity, the residence record, the status of sharing towels and basins, the status of sharing cosmetics, the facial cleanser-applied frequency, the bed necessaries-alternated interval, etc. Results A total of 948 undergraduates were investigated and 516 cases were infected, with an infection rate of 54.43%. The infection rate of the urban students was 58.04% and the infection rate of the rural students was 51.45% (P<0.05). The infection rate of the ethnic minority was 54.55%, and the rate of ethnic Han was 54.43% (P>0.05). The infection rate of the resident students was 54.87% and the rate of the day students was 53.72% (P>0.05). The infection rate of the students sharing towels and basins was 59.64% and the rate of the students not sharing towels and basins was 50.89% (P<0.05). The infection rate of the students sharing the cosmetics was 68.75% and the rate of the students not sharing the cosmetics was 53.67% (P<0.05). The infection rate of the students using facial cleansers ≥ 3 times per a weak was 56.15% and the rate of the students using facial cleansers < 3 times per a weak was 48.61% (P>0.05). The infection rate of the students with the bed necessaries-alternated interval > 1 month was 55.78% and the rate of the students with the bed necessaries-alternated interval ≤1 month was 53.25% (P>0.05). Conclusion This investigation indicates a high infection rate of Demodex mites in college students, and the infection rate is influenced by the numerous factors, and among them, the skin type, living environment, and hygiene habit are the significantly influencing factors.
