干细胞移植病房综合消毒效果观察

摘    要:目的观察综合消毒方法对干细胞移植病房空气和环境消毒效果。方法采用现场采样和活菌检验方法,对层流洁净法、清洁法和消毒剂喷洒等综合方法效果进行了评价。结果经百级层流洁净系统处理的干细胞移植病房空气达到百级洁净标准,空气中未检出浮游细菌。病区走廊、治疗室、医生办公室等场所空气达到千级净化洁净标准,空气中最高检出细菌数为0.33cfu/皿。病区内物体表面经清洁处理和含有效氯500mg/L含氯消毒剂溶液喷洒,仪器表面用75%酒精擦拭处理,检测表面染菌密度均符合I类环境要求。结论采用层流洁净、清洁处理和消毒剂喷洒等综合方法,可以使干细胞移植病房内空气和环境表面达到I类环境洁净标准。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of combined methods of air and environment disinfection for stem cell transplantation ward.Method The effects of combined methods of lamina airflow,cleanness and disinfection was evaluated by field sampling and bacterial test.Results After lamina airflow cleaning,no bacteria were detected in the air of the ward and could meet the standard of class 100 clean room.And the maximum bacterium concentration is 0.33 cfu/plate in the corridor,treatment room and doctor's office,and can meet the standard of class 1000 clean room.The density of bacterium on apparatus and object surface can meet the standard of class I environment after cleaned and sprinkled by 500mg/L available chlorine disinfectant or wiped by 75% alcohol.Conclusion Air and object surface in the stem cell transplantation ward can meet the class I environment hygienic standard by combined methods of lamina airflow,cleanness and disinfection.
