神经元线粒体ATP敏感性钾通道与脑保护的研究进展

摘    要:线粒体ATP敏感性钾通道是一类存在于线粒体内膜并受胞内ATP浓度调节的钾离子通道.在脑的缺血再灌注损伤的病理生理过程中,ATP敏感性钾通道已经成为人们研究抗损伤的一个靶点.越来越多的研究表明线粒体ATP敏感性钾通道的激活可以保护神经元免受缺血缺氧及其它刺激所导致的细胞损伤及坏死.

Abstract:Mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channels are located in the inner mitochondrial membrane (mio KATP), which are regulated by the ATP concentration in cytosole. In the physiopathologic process of ischemical reperfusion injury, mitoKATP channel has become a novel target of research on neuroprotection. More and more researches indicate that the activation of mitoKATP channels protect the neurons against injury and death caused by ischemic stress and other stimulus.
