| 摘 要： | 本文报告手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄症31例,其中单纯腰椎间盘突出症11例,单纯腰椎管狭窄症7例,腰椎间盘突出症合并腰椎管狭窄13例。术后近期及远期疗效优26例,良4例,进步1例,优良率为96.8%。作者认为:凡病程较长,病情重者,需手术才能治愈;半椎板切除加侧隐窝扩大术是其较合理、有效的基本手术方式;术中必须处理好突出和狭窄两个问题:要保证手术效果,还需防止手术并发症。

| Abstract: | The result of operative therapy of prolapse of lumbar interver-tebral disc ( PLIVD) and lumbar spinal canal stenosis ( LSCS ) are reported in this paper. 11 cases were PLIVD, 7 cases were LSCS and l0 cases were PLIVD accompanied with LSCS. The results showed 26 cases excellent, 4 good and 1 case fair. The effective rate was as high as 96.8% in the short and long-term follow-up server after operation. The authers consider that hem i lam inectomy with enlargement of the lateral recess is a rational effective basic way in curing those patients who suffered from PLIVD and LSCS especially with severe conditions or long course of disease. |
