| 摘 要： | 应用析因设计,对20例癌患者的血清及淋巴细胞在淋转抑制中的作用,进行了分析。结果表明:(1) 癌患者的血清具有一定的免疫抑制作用;(2) 癌患者的淋巴细胞对PHA的反应能力,也明显低于正常对照;(3) 在癌患者的免疫能力受损的机制中,淋巴细胞的作用较之血清更为重要。

Study on Immunosuppression in Cancer Cases—A Factorial Analysis of Serum and Lymphocyte |

| Abstract: | Using factorial design, the effect of serum and lymphocyte on immunosuppression in cancer cases was assayed. The results showed, (1)the sera from cancer patients all have certain immunosuppressive effect;(2)cancer patients' lymphocytes respond to PHA considerably worse than the normal's(3)lymphocytes play a more important role in immunosuppression than Serum does. |
