| 摘 要： | 和谐医院应该是一个充满创新活力,稳定有序、和睦相处、关系协调、具有和谐的内部关系及医患关系的医院。本文结合创建和谐医院的工作实际,提出构建和谐医院必须紧紧抓住发展这个主题,围绕“以人为本”这个中心。把科学发展作为构建和谐医院的核心,把关系协调作为构建和谐医院的基础,把机制创新作为构建和谐医院的保证,把满意服务作为构建和谐医院的目的,实现医院又好又快地发展。

| Abstract: | Harmonious hospital was be considered as a full innovative, stability development, good communication and harmonious doctor-patient relationship hospital. With the experience of building harmonious hospital in General Hospital of PLA, the author thought the core content was development and human centered, the theory was scientific development concept, the foundation was good communication, the guarantee mechanism was innovation and the aim was patient satisfaction. |
