| 摘 要： | 观察中药田三七对肝损伤大鼠的干预作用。方法：采用二甲基亚硝胺肝损伤大鼠的实验模型，分为正常对照组、病理对照组、秋水仙碱组及中药田三七组进行观察。结果：田三七有增加体重、肝脾重和改善蛋白代谢、抗氧化能力及肝脏病理等作用，其效果优于秋水仙碱。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate effect of Traditional Chinese herb Panax Notorogenseng(Burk) F.H. Chen on dimethylnitrosamine-induced liver injury in rats. Methods: The power of Panax Notorogenseng (Burk) F.H. Chen was gavaged into fibrotic rats induced by dimethylnitrosamine for four weeks with colchicines as compared group.Results:As to increasing growth of body ,liver and spleen weight, improving metabolism of protein, capacity of anti-oxidation and pathological changes of liver, effects of Panax Notorogenseng(Burk) F.H. Chen were superior to those of colchicines. Contrast to the cancer-promorting function of the liver microsome proliferate accelerator, Panax Notorogenseng(Burk) F.H. Chen promoted some fat storing in liver, which may be the manifestation of its anti-cancer effects.Conclusions: Panax Notorogenseng(Burk) F.H. Chen had some therapeutical value in the treatment of liver injury. |
