| 摘 要： | 采用药理效应方法,选择大鼠内毒素休克模型对参麦注射液进行了药物动力学探讨.结果表明参麦注射液静脉注射具有明显预防大鼠内毒素休克作用,通过量-效及时-效实验研究求得该药半衰期T1/2=1.1849(h),其药效动力学方程C=6.6636×e-0.58484t,且显示出较好的量效相关.

| Abstract: | Anti-endotoxin shock effect being taken as observed index, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of SMZ were studied in rats. The results showed that SMZ could exhibit anti-endotoxin shock effect in rats. Half-life(T1/2=1.1849h) and pharmacokinetic equation (C=6.6636×e-0.5848t) of SMZ were obtained with the dose-effect and time-effect relationships in rats. |
