临沂市1979～2004年麻疹疫情分析

目的]进一步探讨临沂市麻疹的流行规律,为控制和消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法]对临沂市1979~2004年麻疹疫情资料进行分析。结果]1979~2004年合计发病48 055例,年均发病率为17.99/10万,死亡73例,病死率为0.15%。麻疹发病呈流行、散发与暴发并存的流行病学模式,全年各月均有麻疹病例发生,2~5月为发病高峰。发病年龄构成后移,成人发病比例增加,男女发病分别占发病总数的58.25%、41.75%。各县区均有病例发生。统计1 307例麻疹病人,免疫史不详的742例,占56.77%;无MV接种史者401例,占30.68%。结论]临沂市的麻疹疫情已得到有效控制,应提高麻疹疫苗接种质量,加强麻疹监测工作。

Analysis on Measles Epidemiological Characteristics in Linyi City from 1979 to 2004

Objective]To investigate the epidemiological chara ct eristics of measles for the aim of measles control in Linyi city.Meth ods]The epidemic status of measeles from 1979 to 2004 was analyzed.Results]From 1979 to 2004,a total of 48 055 cases were reported.Measles incidence rate was 17.99/100 000 population and death rate 0.15% dea th 73 cases The measles cases were in the form of prevalence,sporadic and brust up.cases were found all around the year,but mostly appeared in February-May.The age of measles cases was retrusive,anel adult cases increased.58.25% of th e cases were male,and 41.75% famale.Cases were found in erery county.In 1 3 07 cases,there were 742(56.77%) having undefinite inmunization history,401(3 0.68%) no inmunization.Conclusion]Measles has been control led in Linyi city.The prevention and control work against measles should be put up into emphasis by increase vaccination and improving the quality of vaccinati on.It is urgent to establish measles surveillance system.
