| Abstract: | A specific saturable carrier-mechanism probably involving facilitated diffusion has been shown to be involved in the transport of testosterone into seminiferous tubule fluid (STF) and rete testis fluid (RTF). This carrier does not transport DHT and its capacity for testosterone is not affected by increasing the concentration of DHT in the blood. |
