| 摘 要： | 目的了解在校大学生健康相关行为的现状及其特点。方法对江苏两所高校在校学生采取分阶段整群抽样方法进行抽样,以问卷调查方式获得学生健康相关行为的资料。结果男生中,每天都吸烟的为13.3%,服药遵医嘱者为37.7%,上学期间有醉酒行为的为34.0%,上网目的是打游戏的为22.5%;女生中,服药遵医嘱者为33.3%,曾经减过肥的为41.7%;每天吃早餐的为69.5%;88.9%男生和68.0%女生知道安全套的作用。结论部分学生存在着不良生活习惯及行为方式,性别间差异有显著性。对大学生进行全面系统的健康教育非常必要。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the health-related behaviors of college students.Methods 1662 students were investigated by multistage and cluster sampling,with questionnaire about health-related behavior in 2 colleges in Jiangsu Province.Results Of the male college students,13.3% smoked everyday,37.7% obeyed doctor's advice,34.0% ever got drunk last term,22.5% used internet or game.33.3% of the female obeyed doctor's advice,41.7% ever tried to reduce weight,69.5% had breakfast everyday.88.9% male and 68.0% female knew the usefulness of condom.Conclusion Some college students had unhealthy habits,and there was gender difference in some aspects.Full-scale systematic health education should be strengthened among college students. |
