| 摘 要： | 目的 总结神经内科危重病人气管切开术后的护理.方法 回顾性分析34例神经内科危重病人气管切开术后的临床资料.结果 气管切开术后的护理要注意感染的预防、基础护理、病情观察及换管与拔管的护理、出院指导.结论 气管切开术后护理在神经内科危重病人的护理中占有独特的地位,做好气管切开护理可以为患者减少痛苦和住院时间.

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the critical care of neurological patients after tracheotomy.Methods The data of 34 cases of critical patients after tracheotomy were reviewed.Results After tracheotomy,we should pay attention to infection prevention,basic care,observation of their conditions and care of extubation,guidance outpatient.Conclusion Tracheotomy care in the department of neurology occupy a unique position,it can reduce pain and length of in-patient. |
